Automated Teller Machines are available at all Merchants & Farmers Bank locations. Use of these machines is at no charge when using your Merchants & Farmers Bank ATM or Debit card. You can access your accounts nationwide through the SHAZAM and CIRRUS networks. MasterCard and Visa cash advances are also available.

Shazam Bolt$ App

This App helps you protect your debit card by sending you alerts when your card is used so you can quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account.  Users have the option to receive alerts via text or email.  You can also check your account balance anytime, turn your card off and on, send money to other Bolt$ users and find nearby ATMs.

Transaction alerts are provided for:

  • Purchases exceeding thresholds as defined by you
  • Card-not-present purchases
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions

With this App, you have the ability to define when, where and how your debit card can be used.

Users can set card blocks for:

  • Transactions exceeding a specific dollar amount
  • Internet and phone transactions
  • Transactions conducted outside of the U.S.

Turn your debit card on/off:

This control can be used to disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity and control spending

Person to Person funds transfer*:

This feature enables the cardholder to transfer money to virtually any other Shazam Bolt$ users. It’s safe, convenient, and instantaneous.  Unlike other money transfer apps with waiting periods, when we say instant, we mean it.

*The recipient of the funds transfer must also have the Bolt$ app installed and have their card registered within the app.  They will receive an email alerting them.  Recipients bank must also participate.  Normal card limits apply.

ATM locator:

The app is enhanced with an ATM location feature which you are sure to appreciate.  It is integrated with GPS technology so no matter where you travel, you will be able to use your mobile device to locate the nearest surcharge-free ATM along with directions.

  • Follow the on screen instructions to:
    • Set your user ID and password
    • Link to your debit card number

Internet Banking

Our Internet Banking service allows us to better serve your diverse needs with secure, reliable access to your accounts 24 hours a day.  You can easily manage your finances anytime, anywhere by:

  • Instantly accessing account information and balances
  • Viewing up to 24 months of transaction history from the date of your enrollment
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Download your account information  directly into Quicken®
  • Enroll to receive your statement electronically with E-Statements
  • Transfer funds between your accounts at Merchants and Farmers Bank and other financial institutions with the external transfer feature
  • Send and receive secure electronic messages with Merchants & Farmers Bank about your accounts

When you are ready to enroll, click on Enroll at the top of the screen by our Internet Banking login and follow the online application.

Bill Pay

Pay all of your monthly bills safely and easily wherever you have access to the internet.  Our Online Bill Pay service will provide you:

  • Flexibility to pay anyone in the United States, at anytime, from anywhere
  • Greater control over your finances and less need of paper checks
  • Ability to set up recurring payments and one-time payments with just a few clicks
  • Ability to schedule your bill due dates and the funds are not withdrawn from your account until that day
  • Online e-Bills from many major billers that notify you when the bill arrives, and can be viewed online and printed as needed

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking is Internet Banking on the go.  Manage your Merchants & Farmers Bank accounts with your iPhone, iPad or Android device.

  • You must be enrolled in our Internet Banking service to be able to use Mobile Banking
  • Search “merchants and farmers bank salisbury” in the iTunes or Google Play Store
  • Look for our bank logo and name on the app when you install

Mobile Check Deposit

  • Get started with Mobile Check Deposit today.  Requires enrollment in our Internet Banking Service and the use of our Mobile Banking App
  • Within the Mobile Banking app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device; click on Mobile Check Deposit
  • Take a picture of the check you wish to deposit (front & back) and select your account you wish to deposit the item into
  • You'll receive an email confirmation upon submission of the deposit and a second email with deposit status
  • The limits and fee for Mobile Check Deposit are as follows*:
    • Limit one check per deposit
    • A $1.00 fee per deposit
    • A business day deposit limit of $2,500
  • Mobile Check Deposit is the fastest, easiest way to deposit checks without making a special trip to the bank
